How to Return an Order

Quick answer: You can return or exchange eligible orders within 30 days of purchase if they are in like-new condition. Log in to your account, open My Account , then Orders , click Return Item(s) next to the order, and complete the form. Most return requests are processed within one business day, and we email complete return instructions once approved.

Thank you for your interest. You are welcome to return or exchange eligible orders within 30 days of purchase, but items must be in like-new condition. Certain items are excluded for personal hygiene reasons or were marked as not returnable, as outlined in our return policy .

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account. Go to Account Login and log in. Once you have placed an order, you are automatically registered and do not need to register again. If you do not know your password, click the " Forgot Password? " link under returning customers.
2. Open your orders. Once logged in, go to the "My Account" window and click "Orders". The following page will be displayed:

   

3. Click "Return Item(s)". Click the "Return Item(s)" button beside the completed order that is to be returned. The "Return item(s) from order #" window is displayed, as shown in the following example. Please complete the form:

   

4. Track your request. After using the return request feature, you can see your return requests and their statuses from the " My Account " page by clicking "Return requests".
5. Get your return instructions. Most return requests are processed within one business day*. Once approved, we will email you complete return instructions.

Please note: If the "Return Item(s)" link is not there, the items are past the 30-day return period or not eligible for return.

Was your order damaged in shipping? Use the "Upload a file" option on the return request form to attach pictures of the damage.
